DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT
1. DATA PRIVACY IN GENERAL
Our data privacy practice complies with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
The personal data we collect is used exclusively for the processing of your order unless you choose to take advantage of additional services.
Onlineprinters GmbH, Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 10, D-91413 Neustadt a. d. Aisch, is the body responsible for the data acquisition.
We are constantly expanding our product range as well as our services. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay always up to date. You may revoke your subscription at any time in the newsletter management section in your customer account.
2. USAGE AND FORWARDING OF PERSONAL DATA
We collect, store and process your data for the entire execution of your purchase, including any later warranty, for our services and technical administration . The collected data include your address data (such as form of address, first name, last name, street, postal code, town, phone) and your e-mail address. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or transferred otherwise if this is necessary for the purpose of contract fulfilment or accounting or if you have previously given your permission. Within the scope of order processing, for example, the service providers commissioned by us (such as shipping companies, logisticians, banks) obtain the data required for order processing. The data passed on that way must only be used by our service providers for the performance of their order-related task. Any other use of the information is not permitted and all the service providers commissioned by us adhere to that, too.
The use of your information for the purpose of customised advertisement also requires your permission. Furthermore, no information will be forwarded to third parties for advertising purposes. Of course, you may revoke your permission at any time with effect for the future (see also 8. and 9.).
3. CREDIT CHECK AND SCORING
If we effect prior performance, e.g. on a purchase on account, we reserve the right to have a credit check that is based on mathematical and statistical methods conducted by the credit reference agencies mentioned below. In order to conduct the credit check, the necessary personal data are submitted to the agencies mentioned below and use the information obtained about the statistical probability of default of payment for a considered decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contract. The credit report may include probability values (score values), which are calculated on the basis of recognized mathematical and statistical procedures that include address data in their calculation amongst other.
Your concerns are taken into account under the terms of the law. You can access information regarding the stored data at the respective credit reference agency.
4. Anonymous data collection

Visitors to this website may object here to data recording and saving at all times and in the future.
You can visit our website without telling us who you are. We only know the name of your Internet service provider, and the website from which you visited us. This information is analysed for statistical purposes. You, as the individual user, remain anonymous.

If our website anonymises IP addresses, your IP address will be truncated by Google within EU member states or other EEA states before being transmitted to the US.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to Google servers in the US to be truncated there. Google observes the data privacy provisions specified by the "US Safe Harbor Agreement" for privacy protection. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use the information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing the website operator with other services related to website activity and internet usage. 6. USAGE OF COOKIES
On a number of pages, we may use cookies to make visiting our website more attractive and enable the use of certain functions. The term “cookies” refers to small information files that your browser can store on your computer. The process of storing a cookie is also referred to as “setting a cookie”.
Based on your wishes, you can set your browser either to be informed when a cookie is stored, so that you can decide on acceptance on a case-by-case basis, or to accept all cookies, or to reject all cookies.
Our web shop is set up so that you can place your order, no matter how your browser is set for cookies.
Cookies can be used for a variety of purposes, e.g., to recognize that your PC already visited a web page (permanent cookies) or to store the items most recently viewed (session cookies). We use cookies to provide an increasing level of user convenience, e.g., to fill in the username for subsequent orders (for reasons of security, of course password must be entered manually), and for the purpose of giving kickbacks to advertisement partners for exchange services.
We cooperate with advertising partners that help us make the Internet offer and the website more interesting for you. This requires cookies from partner companies (third-party cookies) to be stored on your computer when you visit our website. These temporary cookies are deleted automatically after the specified time. Cookies from advertising partners are usually deleted after a few days or up to 24 months, in individual cases after several years.
However, our business partners are not permitted, nor is it possible for our business partners, to obtain, process or use personal data by means of our web site using cookies. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive after ending the browser session (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer, and enable us to recognize your computer at your next visit (permanent cookies).
The way we use cookies in our web shop poses no risks or threat to you. To use our convenience functions, we recommend that you allow the acceptance of cookies for our web shop.
7. ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT PROGRAM
We may use the online advertising product “Google AdWords” and have opted in to conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is set on your browser only when you click on an ad delivered by Google for an advertiser who has opted in to conversion tracking. These cookies expire within 30 days and do not contain information that can identify you personally.
If this cookie has not yet expired, when you visit certain pages of the advertiser’s website, Google and the advertiser will be able to tell that you clicked the ad and proceeded to that page. Each customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, no cookie can be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information gathered with the aid of conversion cookies serves to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers are informed of the entire number of users that clicked on their ad and were forwarded to a page that had a conversion tracking tag. However, they receive no information that would allow them to identify the user personally.
If you want to disable conversion tracking cookies, you can set your browser to block cookies from the “googleadservices.com” domain.
For further information on the topic of "data protection" in connection with the online advertisement program Google AdWords, please go to http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html.
We are using re-targeting technologies to make the Internet offer more interesting for you. This technology allows us to display advertising to Internet users who have already shown interest in our shop or our products on our partners' websites. We believe that showing personalised advertising based on interests is usually more interesting for Internet users than advertising without any personal relation. The display of these advertising media on our partners' websites is based on cookie technology and on an analysis of previous usage habits. This type of advertisement is absolutely anonymous. No personal data is stored and no personal data is used to create usage profiles.
The following partner places cookies on our website: Criteo
You can set your browser to prompt you before accepting cookies. If you do not want to accept cookies of our service providers and partners, you can choose the option "Block third-party cookies" in your browser.
Usually, the Help function in your browser's menu bar tells you how to reject new cookies and disable existing cookies.
